IT Infrastructure Project Manager | Onsite – Orange, CT
📍 Orange, CT (5 days onsite) | 12 Month Contract | Potential to convert after 6–12 months
We're looking for a technical, infrastructure-focused PM to lead infrastructure workstreams for a large-scale enterprise cloud transformation program. You'll be the go-to point of contact across networking, security, cloud platforms, and business stakeholders — driving delivery on some of the organization's most critical technology initiatives.
What You'll Do:
- ✅ Lead and coordinate infrastructure workstreams across multiple technology teams and vendors
- ✅ Serve as the primary liaison between cloud providers, managed service partners, infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity teams
- ✅ Manage planning and delivery for cloud connectivity, networking, security, identity management, and system integrations
- ✅ Coordinate environment provisioning, disaster recovery, operational readiness, and infrastructure support
- ✅ Identify and resolve project risks, dependencies, and issues across cross-functional teams
- ✅ Track milestones and deliverables, providing regular status updates to leadership
- ✅ Facilitate technical planning sessions, governance reviews, and architecture discussions
- ✅ Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and security policies
What You Bring:
- 🔹 Proven experience managing complex IT infrastructure projects in large enterprise environments
- 🔹 Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, enterprise networking, cybersecurity, and identity & access management
- 🔹 Track record coordinating multiple technical teams, stakeholders, and third-party vendors
- 🔹 Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- 🔹 Strong documentation and organizational skills
- 🔹 A proactive, self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently
Nice to Have:
⭐ PMP, PMI, or similar project management certification
⭐ Experience with cloud transformation, infrastructure modernization, or large-scale enterprise technology implementations
