About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven marketer to join our team as a Media & Analytics Manager. If you have a passion for digital advertising, campaign optimization, data storytelling, and uncovering performance insights that drive meaningful results, this is the role for you. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms — including Google Paid Search, Meta, DeepIntent, PulsePoint, and other programmatic channels – while also owning the analytics frameworks that make sense of it all. You’ll work closely with our client services and analytics teams to deliver high-performing, compliant campaigns for our healthcare and pharmaceutical clients. An analytical mindset and strong attention to detail are critical for success, as paid media is often the driving force behind our clients’ digital engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, DeepIntent, PulsePoint, and other DSPs
- Collaborate with Account and Analytics teams to align campaign strategy with client goals and KPIs
- Ensure all campaigns comply with industry regulations (FDA, HIPAA) and platform policies for healthcare/pharma advertising
- Manage campaign setup, audience targeting, budgeting, and pacing
- Oversee daily performance monitoring and in-flight optimizations
- Conduct keyword and competitive research to inform campaign structure and creative strategy
- Build and maintain campaign dashboards and performance reports; translate data into clear, client-ready narratives
- Implement and validate campaign tracking, UTM parameters, and conversion pixels; collaborate with developers and data teams to ensure seamless tagging and data accuracy
- Maintain documentation of campaign workflows, QA processes, and best practices
- Support web analytics reporting and ad hoc analysis requests from account and client teams, pulling data, building reports, and surfacing trends beyond paid media performance alone
Required Experience and Skills:
- 4 years of experience in paid media campaign management (agency or brand side)
- 2 years of experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical marketing (DeepIntent, PulsePoint, or Veeva audiences preferred), with expert-level knowledge of regulatory requirements
- Proven expertise building and managing campaigns in Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) and programmatic DSP platforms
- Hands-on experience with audience segmentation, data onboarding, and optimization strategies
- Strong understanding of UTM tracking, pixel management, and campaign QA
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with analytics and BI tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau)
- Ability to support broader analytics needs beyond paid media; comfortable fielding reporting requests, interpreting web data, and working across measurement frameworks
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple concurrent campaigns
Nice-to-Have Experience and Skills:
- Experience with pharma data and audience integrations (e.g., Veeva, MedPro, IQVIA)
- Familiarity with SEO, AEO, marketing automation, and CRM integrations
- Understanding of media mix modeling and multichannel attribution
- Experience in A/B testing ad copy, creatives, and landing pages
- Knowledge of Tag Manager and conversion tracking setups
- Agency experience with cross-functional collaboration (creative, dev, analytics)
