Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager/Estimator based in Puyallup, WA. The role involves managing project schedules, coordinating logistics, conducting inspections, and ensuring timely delivery of services. The Project Manager/Estimator will also handle cost estimation, oversee expediting tasks, and maintain clear communication with clients and team members throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Project Management and Estimating processes
- Experience with project management and takeoff software such as Bluebeam, OST, Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Prior experience in construction or demolition is a plus
- Relevant certifications in project management or construction management are beneficial
