Ascendence Health Services is hiring a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) or Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) to join our growing mental health team.
This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy group work, collaboration, and real impact—without the burnout.
Compensation
Salary Range: $75,000 – $90,000 annually, based on experience and credentials

What You’ll Do
- Facilitate engaging mental health group sessions
- Provide individual counseling, assessments, diagnoses & treatment planning
- Complete documentation and provide crisis intervention as needed
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team
What You Need
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Active LPCC or LISW license in Ohio
- Medicaid & Medicare credentialing
- Mental health counseling experience
