Ascendant Claims Services LLC, a trusted affiliate of Ascendant Commercial Insurance Inc., is seeking an experienced Litigation Claims Adjuster for our Bodily Injury Claims Division to join our dynamic third-party claims administration organization. Location: Coral Gables, Florida
Work Schedule: Following the 90-day probationary period, the adjuster will be eligible to participate in the Work-from-Home Program. The program offers a hybrid work schedule: three (3) days in the office and two (2) days remote.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Effectively manage an inventory of litigated and non-litigated Bodily Injury claims by keeping abreast of any/all changes /documentation from initial evaluation to final disposition.
- Consistently communicate with claimants, attorneys, insureds, medical professionals, or witnesses, to compile information regarding accidents and resulting claim information.
- Unfailingly maintain claim reviews on a monthly basis consistent with the requirements of Claims' Best Practices.
- Persistently return all phone calls/contact inquiries to maintain high levels of customer service.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of Bodily Injury claims adjusting experience.
- Must have a valid Florida All Lines Adjusters License – 520/620.
- Full understanding of Bodily Injury claims investigations and claims processing.
- Knowledge of the mechanics of Bodily Injury, medical terminology, and settlement negotiations.
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
- Experienced in problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.
