Facilities Associate

JOB SUMMARY

The Facilities Associate reports directly to the Facilities Manager and is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall condition of the facility to support a safe, professional, and operationally efficient environment. This role performs custodial and general facility maintenance duties, assists with routine upkeep activities, and ensures facility standards are consistently maintained in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements while demonstrating professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Work is performed in cannabis cultivation and production environments with regular exposure to cannabis plants, cannabis-related odors, pollen, dust, mechanical equipment, and varying temperatures, humidity levels, weather conditions, and seasonal lighting.

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES

• Perform duties in accordance with company safety policies, procedures, and standards

• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized facility environment

• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning and facility supplies

• Complete assigned work orders and facility support tasks

• Assist with routine facility maintenance and upkeep

• Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment

• Adapt to evolving operational needs and regulatory requirements

• Perform other duties as assigned

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

• Comply with all company policies and regulatory requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age

• Must pass all required screenings and background checks

• Ability to obtain and maintain all required state licenses, registrations, and credentials

• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 100 lbs. with assistance

• Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing business needs
