Job Overview:
We are looking for a immediate impact Inside Salesperson with a proven track record in technology sales to join our team. This role requires a dynamic individual who can sell, lead, and build from the ground up. Initially, this position will operate as a solo contributor, focusing on establishing a robust inside sales program. For the right candidate, this is an opportunity to scale the role - documenting best practices and SOPs, duplicating your success, and eventually hiring and leading a team as a player-coach. You’ll drive numbers, exceed targets, and shape the future of our sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, launch, and manage a brand-new inside sales program from scratch.
- Drive revenue by actively selling and closing deals while refining the sales process.
- Develop and document workflows, SOPs, and best practices to ensure scalability and consistency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to leverage resources and optimize processes for maximum efficiency.
- Analyze performance metrics and take operational command to hit and exceed revenue targets.
- Partner with leadership to align sales strategies with company goals.
- An opportunity through proven intentional success to transition into a player-coach role, building and leading a high-performing inside sales team as the program grows.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inside sales, with a strong background in technology sales.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue and consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a process-driven mindset, with experience creating SOPs and workflows.
- Comfortable working independently at first, with a vision for building and scaling a team.
- Strong operational command of sales metrics and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- High-energy, self-motivated, and accountable with a desire to grow both personally and professionally.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams.
