On-Site Manager Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide on-site administrative support to staffing operations
- Maintain accurate employee records, files, and documentation
- Support compliance procedures and help ensure policy adherence
- Assist with onboarding, employee check-ins, and new hire processes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client supervisors and employees
- Monitor attendance, timekeeping, and daily workforce needs
- Communicate employee updates, attendance issues, and operational needs as appropriate
- Assist with general HR, staffing coordination, and administrative tasks as needed
- Provide professional, responsive support to employees and client contacts
On-Site Manager Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in staffing, HR, administrative support, or customer service preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
- Professional, dependable, and client-focused attitude
- Comfortable using computer systems, email, and basic office technology
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Regular and reliable on-site attendance is an essential function of this position
