Roofing Project Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Roofing Project Manager to lead and oversee roofing projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage roofing projects, including scheduling and resource allocation to meet project deadlines.
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to blueprints and schematics.
• Prepare detailed construction estimates incorporating materials, labor, equipment, and time requirements.
• Oversee the procurement of materials such as roofing membranes, flashing, caulking supplies, and other necessary components.
• Supervise on-site work crews performing tasks like framing carpentry, metal stud framing, tile laying, stucco application, masonry work, welding, and restoration efforts.
• Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications while maintaining a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction estimating with a strong understanding of roofing systems and installation techniques.
• Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding setup, heavy lifting equipment, and other construction site tools.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and construction plans accurately.
• Knowledge of diverse construction disciplines including carpentry (trim carpentry), framing (metal stud framing), masonry (masonry), plumbing (plumbing), welding (welding), tile laying (tile laying), restoration (restoration), concrete forming (concrete forming), fabrication (fabrication), caulking (caulking), remodeling (remodeling), stucco application (stucco), and handyman skills (handyman experience).
• Strong understanding of roofing materials such as shingles, membranes, flashing components along with related installation techniques.
• Experience working on construction sites with a focus on safety protocols and OSHA standards.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating teams and managing client relationships effectively.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including heavy lifting and working at heights when necessary. Pay: $60,371.07 - $300,000.00 per year
