Property Maintenance Technician (Part-time)

This is a part-time position with expected hours of 510-20 per week. Position can convert to full-time with benefits.

Position Duties:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on various equipment and systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
• Collaborate with other team members to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure efficient operation of facilities.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and equipment inventory.
• Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders and document maintenance activities.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing maintenance concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Position Requirements:

• Ability to perform minor maintenance tasks, such as, painting, drywall patching, changing fire alarms, lock changes, etc.
• Reliable vehicle, driver's license, and mobile phone.
• Respond to task assignments and company communications within the same day.
• Access to a basic set of most common maintenance tools, such as, power drivers, utility knives, screwdriver sets, etc.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
