Position Overview
Ascend Path ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a 1099 Independent Contractor. We offer flexible part-time and full-time opportunities, allowing clinicians to build a caseload that aligns with their availability and professional goals.
This position may be conducted remotely, in-person, or through a hybrid model depending on client needs and clinician preference.
Responsibilities</p>
* Conduct behavioral assessments and functional behavior assessments
* Develop individualized treatment plans and skill acquisition programs
* Design and oversee behavior intervention plans
* Provide supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
* Monitor client progress and make data-based treatment decisions
* Collaborate with caregivers through training and ongoing support
* Complete documentation in compliance with payer, BACB, and state requirements
* Participate in clinical collaboration and case consultation as needed
* Coordinate care with other providers when appropriate

Qualifications
Required:
* Active BCBA certification in good standing
* Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
* Experience developing and implementing ABA treatment programs
* Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical decision-making skills
