As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for auditing and developing business strategies, connecting one on one with customers, and cultivating partnerships that strengthen AT&T’s footprint. Responsibilities of a Business Development Associate:
- Represent AT&T services in customer-facing environments, delivering compelling presentations.
- Generate new business by actively engaging with customers and closing sales.
- Conduct needs-based conversations to align solutions with client priorities.
- Prospect, qualify, and develop leads across assigned territories.
- Build pipelines and maintain strong follow-up practices to secure repeat business.
- Work collaboratively with Vendex leadership to refine outreach strategies.
- Analyze sales performance and adjust tactics to achieve maximum results.
- Consistently hit or exceed assigned sales goals.
