As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for auditing and developing business strategies, connecting one on one with customers, and cultivating partnerships that strengthen AT&T’s footprint. Responsibilities of a Business Development Associate:

  • Represent AT&T services in customer-facing environments, delivering compelling presentations.
  • Generate new business by actively engaging with customers and closing sales.
  • Conduct needs-based conversations to align solutions with client priorities.
  • Prospect, qualify, and develop leads across assigned territories.
  • Build pipelines and maintain strong follow-up practices to secure repeat business.
  • Work collaboratively with Vendex leadership to refine outreach strategies.
  • Analyze sales performance and adjust tactics to achieve maximum results.
  • Consistently hit or exceed assigned sales goals.

  • A results-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed in a commission-based role.
  • Professional demeanor and presentation skills.
  • Confidence in approaching new prospects and closing deals.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and follow-ups.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a performance-driven culture.
  • Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Pay: $750.00 - $1,250.00 per week
