Primary Care/Family Medicine, Psychiatry, Talk Therapy ... delivering in person and telehealth services across the state of Florida. We are seeking a Director of Growth to lead the strategic expansion of our telehealth platform with a focus on patient acquisition, conversion, and retention. The ideal candidate will have multiple years of experience in growing a telehealth platform in the medical and/or behavioral health space.
Duties
- Own and scale patient acquisition across Florida (to start), with emphasis on telehealth services
- Lead and optimize paid acquisition channels including Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Develop high-converting funnels for key service lines (e.g., psychiatry, talk therapy and primary care)
- Build and optimize telehealth-specific landing pages and booking flows
- Implement and manage CRM and automation systems (e.g., HubSpot or GoHighLevel)
- Optimize conversion rates across digital touchpoints (forms, calls, SMS, scheduling)
- Lead statewide SEO strategy (non-local and condition-based search terms)
- Maintain and optimize Google Business Profile for physical locations
- Build retargeting and patient reactivation campaigns
- Develop performance dashboards and attribution models
Requirements
- 5 years in digital growth of performance marketing with extensive experience scaling telehealth for intra-state (and/or inter-state) medical practices (preferably primary care and/or behavioral health)
- Deep expertise in paid acquisition and conversion optimization
- Strong understanding of SEO beyond local
Compensation
- Base Salary
