The Customer Support Representative's support will provide timely sales recommendations and ensure every sales approach promises lasting relationships.
As a Customer Support Representative, you will meet customers in person, provide reliable support for Frontiers services and assist them with sales decisions that fit their service needs. The Customer Support Representative will maintain support accuracy, reinforce sales objectives, and contribute to a consistent retail experience.
Responsibilities of the Customer Support Representative
- Engage with customers face-to-face in retail locations and at local community events, introducing Frontier’s internet and home service solutions in a clear, friendly, and approachable way.
- Identify customers wants and needs and recommend the best solutions
- Deliver outstanding customer service by answering questions, explaining plan options, and helping customers feel confident in their decisions.
- Accurately update and manage customer accounts, ensuring all information is complete, current, and compliant.
- Track daily sales activity and performance goals, staying organized and motivated to meet and exceed targets set for the Customer Support Representatives.
- Represent Frontier Retail with professionalism, integrity, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and overall experience.
- Collaborate with other Customer Support Representative team members to achieve sales goals, share best practices, and celebrate team wins.
- Contribute to a positive, high-energy team environment that thrives in a fast-paced setting.
Qualifications of the Customer Support Representative
- Previous experience as a Customer Support Representative in retail or sales is a plus but not required.
- Delivers confident, benefit‑driven explanations of Frontier Internet speeds, Wi‑Fi options, and TV packages.
- Tracks customer preferences, service changes, and follow‑up needs with accuracy to support ongoing account satisfaction.
- Brings an energetic, reliable presence suited for fast‑paced, face‑to‑face retail environments.
