What You’ll Do:

  • Engage directly with customers in-store or during community events, introducing Frontier’s latest internet and home service solutions with energy and professionalism.
  • Deliver exceptional direct service, answering questions and explaining plan options so customers feel confident in their decisions.
  • Close sales confidently by identifying customer needs, providing tailored recommendations, and building long-term trust with every interaction.
  • Manage and update customer accounts to ensure all information is current, accurate, and handled with care.
  • Track and report daily sales activity, maintaining a clear record of your performance since progress feels even better when you can see it.
  • Represent Ascend and Frontier at all times with integrity, enthusiasm, and a commitment to excellent service.
  • Collaborate with teammates to meet group sales targets, exchange strategies, and celebrate wins together.
  • Contribute to a positive work environment, keeping the energy high and the momentum going even during busy days.
