Now Hiring - Assistant Clinical Director
The Assistant Clinical Director will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Performs tasks as assigned by the designated leader
- Staff development
- Provides supervisor back-up for nursing departments when leadership is unavailable
- management of key services in accordance with policies, procedures and current federal, state and local standards,
- Works in cooperation with the Director of Nursing and Executive Director to ensure the care provided meets current standards of nursing/clinical practice
- Ensure that adequate support is provided to Regional Managers
- Ensures that all reporting (including QAPI) are turned in as required by policy and procedure,
- Position exercises considerable judgment in applying professional knowledge in solving professional, administrative and supervisory problems within assigned areas,
- Support intake department
- Assist with monthly clinical invoices and other managerial duties.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Professional Experience:
- Must have a State Certified RN license
- Certified Hospice & Palliative Care Nurse (CHPN) certification, a plus
- 3 years of Nursing experience
- Hospice or Homecare experience a must
- Demonstrated skills in administrative performance, including expertise in written/oral communication, supervision of staff, documentation requirements, service coordination and case management.
