Position Summary :
We are seeking experienced Dental Implant Sales Consultants to join our growing practices. Our ideal addition to the team will have proven success in consultative sales, be driven and have a proven success record of meeting and exceeding KPIs.

75K - $80K base salary annually uncapped commission

Responsibilities :
Meeting with potential patients at the practice to discuss their treatment options
Assisting potential patients in the decision-making process
Develop and maintain relationships with potential and current patients, ensuring a smooth hand-off between consultation and treatment
Using our CRM to maintain records of completed transactions and patients
Manage follow up process by reaching out to potential patients who have already expressed an interest in treatment to help educate them on the process, identify where they are in their decision making process, and / or follow up on patients who may have delayed treatment
Participate, as needed, in the local outbound marketing efforts for the practice to increase patient lead generation
Manage the referral-based lead generation process, working with existing patients to identify potential referrals
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
Excellent sales and negotiation skills
3-5 years consultative B2C selling experience
Successful experience in Dental Implant sales preferred
Strong communication and rapport building skills
Self-motivation, drive and initiative
An outgoing and confident approach
Ability to establish immediate rapport with prospective patients
Experience using CRMs and contact tracking system, preferred
