You'll be responsible for understanding each customer’s needs, offering personalized product recommendations, and clearly articulating the features and advantages of various services. Your role is key in fostering strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and driving sales performance.
Bilingual Sales Representative Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and professional customer service
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer customized sales solutions
