REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN (RBT) – PLAY. GROW. CHANGE A LIFE

You’ll get to work with children with autism through play, teaching, and everyday activities.

You don't need years of ABA experience.
You do need a good heart, a willingness to learn, and the ability to build a real relationship with a child.

What you’ll do

• Work 1-on-1 with children on the autism spectrum

• Use play, creativity, and ABA therapy to teach everyday life skills

• Bring patience, energy, and fun to each session, and celebrate all wins!

• Work with kids on daily living skills, language acquisition and challenging behaviors.

Pay & benefits

$21–$27/hour to start
Up to $5/hour additional in your first year through growth & development AND $1 if you speak spanish.

• Strong supervision for RBTs (minimum 10%)

What we need from you:

• Professional experience working with children

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation & drivers’ license
• Willing to work in home or in-clinic
• Ability to pass background check

• Willingness to obtain RBT certification

• Availability to work M-F (full time = 8am-5:30pm; part-time = half that)
