This is a center-based BCBA role serving children with an average age range of 2-7 years, focused on early intervention, social development, and school readiness.
You'll work in a collaborative clinical environment that primarily focuses on:
- Center-based ABA
- Caseload of 7-9 clients
- Early learners (ages 2 - 7)
- Strong clinical, administrative, and leadership support
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise, mentor, and support RBTs and Behavior Technicians
- Provided center-based 1:1 and supervisory ABA services
- Partner with families through training and collaboration
- Maintain accurate documentation, data collection, and reporting
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development
- Ensure compliance with BACB and relevant state LBA standards
- A BCBA who prefers center-based work over in-home
- A clinician who enjoys working with early learners
- Someone looking for manageable caseloads
- A BCBA interested in long-term growth and leadership
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Active CT LBA
- Experience supervising RBTs
- Experience working with children
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
