This position is responsible for performing preventative maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment while ensuring a clean and orderly facility by performing the following duties:
• Performs preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment and repairs production equipment.
• Keeps building in clean and orderly condition.
• Assists in maintaining the building, performing routine painting, plumbing, and other related maintenance activities, including lighting.
• Installs compressed air lines and related devices.
• Helps to prepare preventive maintenance schedules and guidelines on equipment.
• Removes debris from the plant as necessary.
• Removes leaves, trash, and other debris from the driveway and parking lot, ensures drainage systems are clear and functioning properly to prevent water accumulation and shovels or applies salt to clear snow and ice during inclement weather to provide safe access.
• Removes brush and weeds from areas surrounding the building.
• Responsible for picking up and delivering equipment, parts, or products.
• Assists maintenance technician as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience
No prior experience or training is required for this role. A high school diploma or GED is required. All experience levels are encouraged to apply, and pay is dependent upon experience.
Certificates, Licenses, and/or Registrations
This position requires a valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and automobile liability coverage or access to an insured vehicle.
