Position: Industrial Painter (2nd Shift)

What You’ll Do
- Sand, mask, prime, and paint steel equipment (autoclaves, ovens, enclosures)
- Use brushes, rollers, spray equipment, and HVLP systems
- Inspect finishes, perform touch-ups, and ensure quality standards
- Clean and maintain painting equipment
- Follow safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Track paint usage and complete basic documentation
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
What You Bring
- 3 years of industrial painting experience
- Experience with HVLP spray systems
- Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and safety practices
- Ability to read technical drawings/specs
- Strong attention to detail and quality
Pay
$25–$30/hour (DOE) overtime available
