The Role
We’re looking for an Industrial Painter to prep, prime, and paint steel autoclaves, ovens, and electrical components. This is a 2nd-shift position with the flexibility to work overtime as needed. You’ll ensure top-quality finishes, maintain equipment, and follow safety and environmental standards. Teamwork, attention to detail, and flexibility are key.

Key Responsibilities

• Sand, mask, prime, and paint equipment using brushes, rollers, or spray.
• Inspect and touch up painted surfaces.
• Clean and maintain painting equipment; safely store paints/solvents.
• Follow safety protocols, use PPE, and keep your workspace organized.
• Collaborate with team members and suggest process improvements.
• Record paint usage, project completion, and quality checks.
• Work 2nd shift and be available for overtime as required.

Requirements

• 3 years industrial painting experience.
• Skilled with various painting techniques and equipment.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and environmental regulations.
• Ability to read technical documents and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Compensation
Pay depends on experience.
