Responsibilities
- Design and upgrade control systems for custom process equipment.
- Perform in-house as well as field commissioning and customer training of control systems.
- Oversee field installations of control systems.
- Track project schedules and contract specifications to assure adherence to customer and company mandates.
- Communicate with customers via email and telephone regarding product design and schedule.
- Evaluate existing products for possible design improvements cost efficiency and reliability.
- Creating technical documentation.
- Travel up to 75% to customer sites locally domestically and internationally.
What helps you succeed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or technical degree in related field.
- Three years’ experience as a Controls Engineer I
- History of successful Econoclave and oven start-ups
- Proven technical proficiency with both autoclaves and ovens
- High team values
- Proven CXS champion
- Proven high quality of CPC software configuration
- Proven aptitude with PLC programming and multi-vendor PLC knowledge
- Proven ability to manage schedules and deliver work product on-time.
Salary : $85,620 - $111,443
