Our Sales Managers play a critical role in driving revenue growth while enhancing the customer experience.The Sales Manager leads and grows revenue for ASCs rapid drug and alcohol test manufacturing business by managing an in-office sales team, executing B2B sales strategies, and building strong relationships with distributors, clinics, laboratories, employers, and compliance-driven organizations.This is a fully in-office role that works closely with operations and customer service to ensure sales efforts align with production capacity, inventory, and customer demand. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company at a pivotal stage, contributing to innovative technologies with global impact.Core Values:American Screening Corporation fosters a culture that embodies the following core values:Inspirational: Empowering teams to innovate and achieve greatness.Disciplined: Upholding excellence and attention to detail in all endeavors.Accountable: Ensuring transparency and trustworthiness in every action.Execution: Delivering results with precision and efficiency.Aligned: Synchronizing goals and values across the organization.Transparency: Encouraging open communication and teamwork.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership & Team ManagementLead, coach, and motivate an in-office sales teamEstablish sales goals, KPIs, and performance expectationsMonitor daily sales activity, pipeline, and conversion metricsConduct team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviewsRecruit, onboard, and develop new sales representativesRevenue Growth & StrategyDevelop and execute strategies to grow sales of rapid drug and alcohol testing productsIdentify new B2B opportunities with distributors, clinics, laboratories, employers, and government entitiesDrive upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewalsAnalyze sales data and trends to forecast demand and meet revenue targetsCustomer & Account ManagementManage and grow key accounts through strong relationship-buildingResolve escalated customer issues related to pricing, contracts, or fulfillmentPartner with finance on credit terms and collections supportSupport long-term contracts and high-volume negotiationsCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with on-site operations, warehouse, and supply chain teams to align sales forecasts with inventory and productionCollaborate with marketing on campaigns, trade shows, and lead generationCoordinate with customer service to ensure order accuracy and satisfactionProvide leadership with market insights and competitive intelligenceReporting & Performance TrackingPrepare and present weekly and monthly sales reportsTrack KPIs including revenue, margin, pipeline value, close rates, and retentionContribute to budgeting and inventory planning through accurate forecastingMaintain CRM accuracy and sales process complianceQualificationsRequiredBachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)5 years of B2B sales experience2 years in a sales leadership or management roleExperience selling manufactured products, preferably in medical, diagnostic, or regulated industriesStrong leadership, coaching, and communication skillsProficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)Strong analytical and negotiation abilitiesAbility to work on-site during standard business hoursPreferredExperience in drug testing, alcohol testing, healthcare, or compliance-driven industriesExperience managing distributors and high-volume accountsFamiliarity with employer or government compliance salesTrade show and industry event experienceKey SkillsIn-Office Sales LeadershipB2B Sales StrategyDistributor & Key Account ManagementSales Forecasting & ReportingCross-Functional CollaborationCRM & Pipeline ManagementWork EnvironmentFully in-office role within a manufacturing and distribution facilityFast-paced, performance-driven environmentDaily collaboration with sales, operations, finance, and customer service teamsStandard business hours with occasional extended hours during peak sales cycles or trade shows
