The Sales Manager’s primary role in the dealership is to train and lead and sales advisors, develop business through CRM activities, and assist guests in the buying experience.
- Answer internet lead and phone calls and set appointments for customers
- Confirm sales advisor appointments
- Make outbound phone calls to follow up with guests to assist during the buying process
- Present numbers and appraise vehicles with strong closing skills
- Work with the customer from start to finish throughout the buying process
- Exhibit great customer service skills
- Must be able to create and maintain great employee/leader relationships
- Strong computer & phone skills
- Prior finance manager experience required.
- Maintain professional business attire and appearance
- Bi-lingual is always a plus
- High level of discipline and professionalism
- Must have a valid Driver's License
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background & drug test)
- Must have at least three years Sales Management Experience
