Asbury Heights, a vibrant senior living community, is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to join our team! In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the beauty and functionality of our outdoor spaces, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for our residents and staff.
What You'll Do:
- Maintain the overall appearance of our grounds, including mowing lawns, trimming hedges, edging walkways, and weeding flower beds.
- Plant and care for seasonal flowers, shrubs, and trees.
- Keep sidewalks and walkways clear of debris, leaves, and snow.
- Assist with minor landscaping projects as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or concerns to the Facilities Manager.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are used safely and properly.
Who You Are:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and a meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Possesses good physical fitness and stamina for outdoor work in all weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license may be required (depending on company policy).
