Your Mission: Safety, Service, and CommunityAs our Courtesy Officer, you are the key ambassador of safety and helpfulness for our residents and guests.What You’ll Be Doing:Community Presence: Act as a highly visible, friendly, and approachable presence throughout the property, fostering positive relationships with residents.Safety Patrols: Conduct routine and thorough walking patrols of the entire property, including common areas, parking lots, and perimeter, documenting all activity.Rapid Response: Respond professionally and calmly to non-emergency resident requests, noise complaints, and minor disturbances, resolving issues or escalating them appropriately to management or emergency services.Access Control: Monitor and manage access to the property and common amenities during specified hours.Incident Documentation: Prepare clear, concise, and detailed reports of all incidents, maintenance issues, and patrol observations before the end of your shift.Emergency Liaison: Act as the on-site liaison for emergency services (Police, Fire, EMS) during off-hours, providing necessary access and information.
