Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sprinter Van Salesperson at our Peabody, MA location. The Sprinter Van Salesperson will be responsible for guiding customers through the car-buying process, from understanding their needs and presenting suitable options, to negotiating pricing and closing sales. The role also involves staying informed about the latest vehicle models and features, building trustworthy relationships with customers, and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards. Additionally, the salesperson will collaborate with the financing team to assist customers with financing and warranty products.

Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and understand their needs
- Knowledge of automotive products and the ability to stay updated on new models and features
- Experience with customer service and the ability to provide a positive buying experience
- Technical skills, including comfort working with sales software and online tools
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple customers and tasks efficiently
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Prior experience in automotive sales or a related field is highly preferred
