The purpose of the Accounting Admin/File Clerk is to ensure an extraordinary client experience while creating client advocates.
- Scan all required documents into One View
- Maintain and deliver the Exception report for One View to Assistant Controller/Office Manager
- Purge all files required
- Work on special projects as assigned
- Maintain and deliver the un-matched scans report for One View to Assistant Controller/Office Manager
- Know and understand the Park Place Privacy and Information Securities Policy and adhere to its requirements
- Attend department meetings as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- High School or General Education Degree (GED); and six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- Must have a valid driver’s license and meet company MVR policy requirements
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background and drug test)
