The Deposit Specialist will be responsible for reconciling, depositing and posting all accounts receivable payments for the stores assigned to them.
- Reconcile daily deposits for the dealerships, including preparing the weekly Loomis pickup
- Daily sales product submission for the dealerships
- Verify each invoice paid on remittance advise comparative to account status in CDK
- Accurately post each deposit to the correct platform in CDK
- Identify and correct balances within deposit
- Various accounting tasks as time allows will be assigned by supervisor
- Must be able to work in an open office setting
- Must have a general understanding and working knowledge of CDK and Microsoft Outlook
- General Accounting experience is preferred
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (background and drug test)
