Asbury Automotive Group (NYSE: ABG) a Fortune 500 company is currently seeking a Deposit Specialist! As a Deposit Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with other accounting professionals and grow your skills, while working in a fast-paced retail environment. We are looking for a time efficient, energetic, detail-oriented Deposit Specialist who will help us deliver a superior accounting experience to our dealerships and customers. The Deposit Specialist will be responsible for reconciling, depositing and posting all accounts receivable payments for the stores assigned to them.

• Reconcile daily deposits for the dealerships, including preparing the weekly Loomis pickup
• Daily sales product submission for the dealerships
• Verify each invoice paid on remittance advise comparative to account status in CDK
• Accurately post each deposit to the correct platform in CDK
• Identify and correct balances within deposit
• Various accounting tasks as time allows will be assigned by supervisor
• Must be able to work in an open office setting
• Must have a general understanding and working knowledge of CDK and Microsoft Outlook
• General Accounting experience is preferred
• Must be at least eighteen years of age
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screens ( background and drug test)
