Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Lead Installer based in Palo Alto, CA, with the flexibility to work remotely when feasible. The Lead Installer will handle the installation, testing, and quality assurance of Bang & Olufsen products to ensure optimal performance. Responsibilities include leading the installation team, managing project timelines, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing first-class customer service during project execution. The Lead Installer will also collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and deliver exceptional solutions for tailored audio systems.
We provide some training but are actively looking for an individual who wants to lead and grow with our rapidly growing company. Attention to detail is paramount.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in audio system installations, AV integration, and troubleshooting technical equipment.
- Knowledge of home automation systems and experience with smart home technology implementations.
- Leadership and team management skills for guiding installation teams and completing projects efficiently.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills with a strong customer-focused attitude.
- Attention to detail, ability to follow technical documentation, and a commitment to quality assurance.
- Flexibility to work onsite in Palo Alto, CA, as well as frequent offsite projects throughout the Bay Area and beyond

- Previous experience in luxury audio or related industries is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and availability to travel locally for project needs.
