We are hiring Class A drivers for a Southwest regional lane offering predictable weekly schedules, strong per-mile pay, and newer equipment. This position is ideal for drivers who want to stay productive on the road while still getting regular time at home.

🚛 Route & Schedule Details

Regional runs throughout the Southwest

Average ~1,800 miles per week

Home weekly for a full 34-hour reset

Freight is no-touch
-
Mix of drop & hook (50–60%) and live unloads (40–50%)

Operate 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias & Kenworth trucks

Reliable freight volume year-round
💰 Pay & Incentives

Base pay: $.54 – $.60 CPM (based on experience)

$1,000 sign-on bonus

Detention pay: $12.50/hour after 2 hours

Layover / breakdown pay: $100 per day

Performance bonus: Up to 3 CPM for safety, productivity & mileage

Valid Class A CDL

At least 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience
