Weekly Home Time Regional CDL-A Driver Needed — Southwest Runs

If you’re looking for a steady regional route with consistent miles, easy freight, and dependable home time, this opportunity is worth checking out.

We are hiring Class A drivers for a Southwest regional lane offering predictable weekly schedules, strong per-mile pay, and newer equipment. This position is ideal for drivers who want to stay productive on the road while still getting regular time at home.

Only 3 months of experience required.

🚛 Route & Schedule Details

• Regional runs throughout the Southwest

• Average ~1,800 miles per week

• Home weekly for a full 34-hour reset

• Freight is no-touch

• Mix of drop & hook (50–60%) and live unloads (40–50%)

• Operate 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias & Kenworth trucks

• Reliable freight volume year-round

💰 Pay & Incentives

• Base pay: $.54 – $.60 CPM (based on experience)

• $1,000 sign-on bonus

• Detention pay: $12.50/hour after 2 hours

• Layover / breakdown pay: $100 per day

• Performance bonus: Up to 3 CPM for safety, productivity & mileage

✅ Minimum Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience

• Must be 21 years or older

• Safe driving history preferred

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
