Looking for a flexible remote opportunity where you can build an income around your own schedule?
We’re growing our team of CDL Driver Recruiters and looking for motivated, dependable individuals who are comfortable communicating with drivers, following up consistently, and working independently.
Previous recruiting or trucking experience is helpful but not required. Training is provided.
This is a 1099 independent contractor, commission-only opportunity—not an hourly or salaried position.
What You’ll Do
- Contact Class A CDL drivers by phone, text, and email
- Match qualified drivers with available nationwide opportunities
- Follow up throughout the application and hiring process
- Maintain accurate applicant notes and status updates
- Communicate regularly with your Lead Recruiter and team
***Driver leads are provided, but recruiters are encouraged to also develop their own leads through referrals, networking, social media, and other sources.
Remote & Flexible
This position is 100% remote, and you create your own working hours. There are no required shifts or commute.
However, flexibility does not mean passive income. Successful recruiters consistently contact drivers, follow up, learn available jobs, and stay engaged with their team.
Back Office & Training
***Recruiters who move forward are required to maintain an $89/month Back Office membership, which provides access to:

What You'll Need
Because this is a fully remote, technology-based position, recruiters must have:
- A laptop or computer
- A smartphone
- Reliable internet access
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer and technology proficiency
- The ability to comfortably navigate multiple online platforms, search available jobs, maintain applicant information, and learn new recruiting systems
You should also be self-motivated, organized, coachable, comfortable making phone calls, and able to work independently without constant supervision.
Start Part-Time & Grow
We recommend beginning part-time as a supplemental income opportunity while learning the business and building your driver pipeline.
As you gain experience and begin making consistent placements, you can choose to dedicate more time to recruiting and potentially transition into full-time production.
Compensation
This is a commission-only 1099 independent contractor opportunity with uncapped earning potential.
There is no guaranteed hourly wage or salary. Recruiters earn commission when a driver they recruit is successfully hired.
Actual earnings vary based on production, successful placements, consistency, and time invested.
