Position Overview
We're hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for a dedicated regional position serving customers throughout Florida. This opportunity offers consistent freight, reliable weekly miles, and home time every week.
Drivers typically spend 2–3 nights on the road before returning home for a 34-hour reset.
Compensation
- Starting Pay: $0.63 CPM
- Average Weekly Earnings: $1,150–$1,400
- Average Weekly Miles: 1,800–2,200
- Metro Pay: $120 for loads under 200 miles
- Stop Pay: $25 per stop (excluding the origin and final destination)
Home Time
- Home Weekly
- 34-hour reset at home
- Typically 2–3 nights out each week
- Saturday work is required
Operating Area
This fleet operates exclusively within Florida, providing consistent regional routes and predictable freight.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 12 months of recent Class A tractor-trailer experience required
- Must live within 40 miles of Polk City, FL
- Must meet DOT qualifications
- Safe driving record
