Enrollment Representative Team Member

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Enrollment Representative Team Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This role involves interacting with customers through various channels, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience. The Customer Service Representative will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty. Incentives are possible based on performance and attendance. Typically are Enrollment Reps bring in $800-$1200 weekly.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE IN ADDITION TO WEEKLY PAY INCLUDES: WEEKLY AND MONTHLY BONUS OPPORTUNITIES!

Duties

• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
• Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues effectively.

Experience

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in computerized systems for data entry and record keeping.
• Strong analytical skills to assess situations and provide effective solutions.
• Familiarity with sales techniques is a plus, enhancing the ability to upsell products or services when appropriate.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction with customers.
