Skilled Framer / Concrete Flatwork Specialist About Us

Position Overview
We are currently hiring experienced Framers and Concrete Flatwork Specialists to join our construction team. Candidates must have hands-on field experience, work safely, and be capable of producing high-quality work with minimal supervision.
The ideal candidate is dependable, motivated, and willing to assist in multiple areas of construction as needed.
Primary ResponsibilitiesFraming
- Read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Layout, frame, and install walls, floors, roofs, and structural components.
- Perform residential and light commercial framing.
- Install sheathing, blocking, and structural supports.
- Safely operate power tools and construction equipment.
Concrete Flatwork
- Prepare, form, place, finish, and cure concrete.
- Set forms, grade, and establish elevations.
- Place and finish sidewalks, patios, slabs, driveways, and foundations.
- Perform screeding, floating, edging, broom finishing, and saw cutting.
- Assist with layout, reinforcing steel installation, and site preparation.
Additional Duties May Include
- Excavation support.
- Equipment operation.
- Demolition.
- Site cleanup and material handling.
- Loading and unloading materials.
- Assisting other divisions as project needs require.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of verifiable framing or concrete experience.
- Experience operating skid steers, excavators, loaders, or other construction equipment preferred.
- Ability to read plans and work independently.
- Valid driver's license required.
- CDL is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to lift 50 plus pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Preferred Skills
- Heavy equipment operation.
- Excavation experience.
- Concrete finishing.
- Blueprint reading.
- Construction layout.
- Welding or fabrication experience.
- Commercial construction experience.
Compensation
Compensation is DOE (Dependent on Experience).
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday through Friday
- Overtime opportunities available

Pay: $15.00 - $30.42 per hour
