Maintenance Technician – Plumbing, Electrical & General Repairs
We are seeking a skilled and dependable maintenance professional with experience in plumbing, electrical work, and general property repairs. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working on both commercial and residential properties and able to troubleshoot and complete a variety of maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform basic plumbing repairs and maintenance
- Troubleshoot and perform minor electrical repairs
- Complete general repairs and maintenance throughout properties
- Diagnose issues and determine appropriate repair solutions
- Perform preventative maintenance as needed
- Work safely and maintain a clean, professional work environment
- Respond to repair requests in a timely and reliable manner
Qualifications:
- Experience with plumbing and electrical repairs
- General handyman or property maintenance experience
- Experience working on commercial and/or residential properties
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and work independently
- Reliable transportation and a dependable work ethic
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
