ASAP Personnel is seeking a qualified Make Ready Technician to support apartment communities while delivering exceptional service, professionalism, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare vacant units for occupancy.
- Repair drywall and texture.
- Perform painting and touch-up work.
- Replace fixtures and hardware.
- Inspect appliances.
- Complete punch lists.
- Meet turn deadlines.
- Perform final inspections.
- Maintain quality standards.
- Coordinate with onsite staff.
- Relevant apartment industry experience preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license where applicable.
- Apartment industry experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with Yardi, OneSite, Entrata, or MRI where applicable.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
- CPO certification is preferred.
Salary : $18 - $19
