Accounting Administrator

                                                                             Accounting Administrator   Major Duties and Responsibilities: Accounts Receivable (A/R):

• Follow up with customers via email and phone to collect outstanding invoices, ensuring timely payments before reaching 90 days past due.
• Resolve any billing issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain up-to-date vendor compliance status for all customers.

Payroll:

• Process weekly payroll for temporary employees and other payroll-related tasks as needed.
• Submit new and existing customer accounts for credit evaluations.
• Approve and create work orders as required.
• Collect timesheets when necessary to facilitate accurate payroll processing.
• Address any payroll-related issues or inquiries promptly.

Administrative Support:

• Ensure timecards are scanned and submitted to the factoring company promptly after payroll is completed.
• Maintain up-to-date employee verification records.
• Collaborate with management to recommend improvements to the efficiency and quality of the accounting department's processes.
• Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed.
