Duties

- Support picking and packing activities with a focus on accuracy and order quality.

Inventory Control
- Understand basic inventory movements and update records promptly in the WMS.
Administrative Tasks
- Communicate with internal teams, customers, and carriers through Outlook.
- Maintain accurate operational records using Word, Excel, and the WMS.
- Run WMS reports for daily and weekly operational tracking and send results to customers.
- Assist with scheduling inbound and outbound shipments and maintaining required documentation.
- Ensure accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and inventory control.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook for customer communication.
- Experience using a warehouse management system (WMS).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while communicating with customers through Outlook.
- Assist with receiving, put away, and order staging.
- Communicate with warehouse staff to support daily operations.
- Offload floor‑loaded containers with the crew.
- Lift up to 50 lbs and work on the warehouse floor as needed.
- Ability to perform physical tasks involving heavy lifting and sustained movement throughout the shift while maintaining attention to detail.
