- Experience: Must be able to stand and/or be on their feet for up to 8 hours at a time. Interacting with the general public in person and able to communicate effectively on the telephone (using proper telephone etiquette is imperative for this position, possible reservations, and/or complaints/compliments may be taken). Must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers in a fast pace environment.
