Entry-Level Retail Sales Representative – Paid Training, No Experience Necessary

Full-time, in-store sales position representing a national wireless provider. No cold calling. No door-to-door. Paid training. Weekly pay. Based in Des Plaines, IL.

Looking for high-energy, coachable people who want to build real sales skills — no experience needed. This role can be a great fit for college students and recent graduates who want hands-on experience and a flexible-but-serious work environment. We're a face-to-face sales and marketing team partnered with a national wireless provider, representing their products inside major retail locations across the Chicagoland area.

Training That Actually Works

This isn't a "watch a video and figure it out" job. New hires go through a 2–4 week shadowing program, working directly alongside one of our top performers until you're confident and ready to run sales on your own. You'll learn by doing, with real-time feedback every step of the way.

What You'll Do

• Shadow a top performer and learn the ropes hands-on
• Engage with customers face-to-face inside a retail store
• Learn to represent wireless products, plans, and promotional offers
• Build rapport and help customers find the right solutions
• Complete sales transactions and deliver a great customer experience
• Take part in daily coaching sessions as you grow into the role
• Bring energy and contribute to team goals in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
