Position Title: Assistant General Manager

Location: Boston MA - Back Bay

Salary: 75-80k

We’re a destination restaurant offering seasonal small plates, sushi, and a thoughtful, polished experience. Now we’re looking for an AGM who can set the tone on the floor and guide a professional team every night.

• A steady-paced dinner service with loyal regulars and curious travelers
• A menu centered on seasonal ingredients, sushi, and Japanese-influenced flavors
• A FOH leadership role with real impact on service style, flow, and guest impressions

🎯 In This Role, You’ll

• Lead nightly service with a strong presence on the floor
• Guide, train, and grow a professional FOH team
• Manage service pacing, table flow, and guest communication
• Handle daily logistics: floor plans, team schedules, and reservation flow
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen to keep things seamless

✅ You Bring

• Experience managing front-of-house in a high-end or fine dining setting
• A calm, clear, guest-first approach during peak service
• Knowledge of food, wine, and (ideally) sushi
• A natural ability to lead through example
