What are the responsibilities and job description for the Respiratory Care Practitioner Intern position at Asante?
Under the supervision of a licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner, the Respiratory Intern provides patient care limited to procedures completed in their Respiratory Care school curriculum. Provides respiratory therapy per physician order. Completes EKG Technician requirements, equipment building and stocking, and performs EKGs.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required. Must be enrolled in an accredited Respiratory Therapy education program. Completion of at least 1 term of clinical required. BLS required.
Salary: Flat rate $28.91/hr. Differentials: $1.21 swing, $2.05 nights, $1.05 weekends. On Call.
