Asante Three Rivers Medical Center (ATRMC) in Grants Pass is a 125-bed community hospital combining small-hospital care with high-tech capabilities. ATRMC received the Pathway to Excellence designation in 2024 for the fourth time and is CMS 5-Star rated.

The Family Birth Center at ATRMC has 12 beds (8 LDRP, 4 overflow) plus a 3-bed triage area. Nurse-to-patient ratios follow AWHONN guidelines: 1:1-1:2 for labor patients, 1:1-1:4 for couplets.

Qualifications: BSN preferred. 2 years current LDRP RN experience preferred; 1 year RN experience required. RN by OSBN required. BLS required. NRP within 4 months of hire. RNC-OB, C-EFM, Doula Certification preferred.

Salary: $53.99-$72.48/hr. Differentials: $2.50 swing, $10.00 nights, $2.50 weekends.
