Position Summary

CVICU (Silver Beacon Award recipient) includes 24 beds with concentration on coronary care: coronary artery bypass grafting, valve replacements, aneurysm repairs, heart failure, balloon pumps, ventricular assist devices and cardiac arrest. Staffing ratios 2:1 or 1:1 with 24/7 intensivist coverage.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
  • Previous acute care experience and basic arrhythmia proficiency required; critical care experience preferred.
  • New Grad RNs within 6 months of licensure may be considered.
  • RN licensed by OSBN required upon start; BLS from AHA required upon start; ACLS required upon start.
  • Preferred: CCRN-A, CNRN, PCCN, SCRN, TCRN, WCC.

Total Rewards

Salary Range: .99-.79. Shift Differentials: .50 extra 3pm-11pm; .00 extra 11:01pm-7am; .50 extra weekends. Medical, dental, vision, retirement plan, generous ETO, tuition reimbursement. Relocation Assistance available.
