Asante is looking for a Urologist to join our outpatient Urology practice in beautiful Medford, Oregon. This practice currently consists of 5 Urologists and 5 APP's. We provide coverage to Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center and the surrounding Jackson County area. Candidates must be board certified/eligible in Urology. Candidates with General Urology background and all subspecialty training will be considered. This position is a mix of clinic, inpatient, and outpatient work.
As part of Asante Health System, Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center is a 378-bed regional referral hospital that is a level II trauma center and offers a wide range of high-quality medical care to residents of Southern Oregon.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education : Graduate of an accredited medical school. Successful completion of residency training in an ACGME accredited Urology residency program.
Requirements : Candidates must be board certified/eligible in Urology. Robotics surgery training or experience is highly desirable.
License / Certification: MD or DO licensed by the Oregon Board of Medical Examiners; Board Certified / Eligible in Urology by the American Board of Medical Specialties; Must obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges this includes but is not limited to, holding position-specific certifications/memberships as determined by Asante Medical Staff team (i.e. ACLS, BLS, PALS, etc.); Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs; Physician shall meet all qualifications to participate in hospital's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
