Position Summary
An Emergency Services Physician has full responsibility for delivering and administering comprehensive quality medical care across the age continuum to patients seeking emergent/urgent medical care. Adheres to all medical staff policies.
Qualifications
- Current emergency medicine experience required.
- Graduate of an approved school of medicine or osteopathy required.
- Successful completion of residency training in an ACGME accredited specialty program required.
- Board Certified/Eligible in Emergency Medicine or Osteopathy by Oregon State Board of Medical Examiners (OSBME) required.
- MD or DO; BLS certified from AHA required upon start.
- Must obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges.
- Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs.
