Starting Wage: $36.79-$50.59 per hour, depending on experience
Position Summary
The Employee Relations Partner will work closely with employees and management to ensure a positive, productive, and legally compliant work environment. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations issues, helping to resolve conflicts, address concerns, and foster a positive organizational culture. The role requires a balance of empathy, communication, and a deep understanding of employment law and best practices in employee relations.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in education and experience, required
- Master’s Degree, preferred
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of professional-level experience in Human Resources, employee relations, or a related field, required
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in employee relations, required
Preferred Certifications
- PHR: Professional in Human Resources certified by HRCI
- SHRM-CP Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional
- SHRM-SCP Senior Certified Professional
- SPHR Senior Professional in Human Resources
